These are one layer of polar fleece and have a strap with Velcro (adjustable) around the wrist. About 3" from tip of mitten to wrist strap & 2 1/2" across finger area. These are not insulated. I have one size - they should fit a baby needing mittens up to when they are able to wear a "thumbed" mitten. Add a string to feed through baby's jacket to keep them from getting lost. NOTE: Since these are very small mittens, I only make them in the solid colors and camo print.
